Booking a Date/Time(1) by phone (519-624-1001) : You can discuss & book a Date/Time with us, & then make your payment using any of the PayPal "Buy Now" buttons below (please type the requested Date/Time & your Phone # into the provided box at the bottom of the online PayPal "Buy Now" purchase form) or (2) without phoning : You can make your payment & type your requested Date/Time & your Phone # into the provided box at the bottom of the online PayPal "Buy Now" purchase form, & we will notify you by phone or encrypted email if that time slot is no longer available (we can then work out an alternate time)

Booking your appointment
(1) by Phone (519-624-1001) : You will be able to discuss & book appointment times with us
by phone. If you live in Canada or the USA (including
Hawaii & Alaska), when you call we will ask that you let us immediately
call you
back so that you will only need to incur a few seconds of long distance costs.
If you don't get directly through to us, then in your Voicemail message please
leave a handful of days & times that are best for us to be able to get through
to you when we call you back. Leaving only 1 day & time will often not work as
we may not be free to call you back at that date/time.
If you are calling from any country other than Canada or the
USA, you will need to cover the long distance costs. Unfortunately we will
not be able to call you back if you leave a Voicemail message, as we do not have
a long distance package that covers us for calling outside of Canada & the USA.
Leave your email address in a Voicemail & we will correspond with you about
appointment times by
encrypted email.
Booking an appointment by phone needs to be done in
conjunction with using the "Buy Now" buttons above, as an appointment booking is
not finalized until your payment is received. Appointment times go to the first
person who uses the "Buy Now" buttons to pay for a particular time slot, not to the first person who
expresses interest in it. It is best not to delay too long after you have spoken
to us on the phone.
(2) without Phoning : You can make your
payment & type your desired Date/Time & your Phone # into the provided box at
the bottom of the online PayPal "Buy Now" purchase form, & we will notify you by phone or encrypted email if that
time slot is no longer available (we can then work out an alternate time).
Credit Card,
Debit Card, or Bank Account
payment
PayPal is the credit card, debit
card (if it has a Visa or MasterCard logo), & bank account payment system we use. Their payment system is designed to
help keep your credit card information private & confidential, & eliminate the
risk of online credit card duplication / fraud / theft. They accept & will
convert the currencies of most countries (55 countries) into the Canadian dollar amount we have listed as the cost.
No fee is charged to you for using their
system as their fee is charged to the seller.

payment system for more details. Our "explanation" link will help to outline & walk you
through the PayPal pages you will be transferred to when you click onto
our "Buy Now" PayPal button to book a counseling appointment.
Having a sense of the steps involved beforehand should help to reduce any
uncertainty or anxiety about the payment process.
"Buy Now" PayPal Buttons
Once you have clicked onto a "Buy Now" PayPal button you will soon be able to specify the Date & Time of the session you would like by typing it into the provided box at the bottom of the online PayPal "Buy Now" purchase form. Those living in the USA, Canada & the UK have the choice of entering credit card or debit card (if it has a Visa or MasterCard logo) details each time an appointment purchase is made, or registering your credit card, debit card, or bank account information with PayPal so you don't have to type it in each time. Those living in all other countries must first register either your credit card, or debit card, or bank account information with PayPal in order to make a purchase (having the choice of not having to first register with PayPal will gradually expand to more countries over time, as Canada & the UK did not used to have this choice).
Encrypted Email Contact We will send you an encrypted email once PayPal has notified us of your booking & payment. In our encrypted email to you, we will explain how to send a free encrypted email back to us through our encryption provider. You will then be able to send us an encrypted email with any questions you might have about us making our connection at the time of your appointment (you can also phone us about this). We have written more about our email encryption process under email counseling. If you are booking a Phone counseling session, even if you have no questions we ask that you send us a return encrypted email, just to confirm that we have an alternate way of contacting each other in place. If you are booking an Online Chat Instant Messaging, Audio or Video Counselling session, we will include our Skype "Contact Name" in the first or second encrypted email we send you. We will also need you to send us a return encrypted email which includes your Skype "Contact Name". Once we have the date, time & each others' Skype "Contact Names" we will be able to make contact at the time of your appointment.
Skype Since Skype is the communication system we use for online audio, audio video, & Chat Instant Messaging, we ask that you make sure you have successfully tested your Skype download & any audio or video equipment you may be using, before making an appointment for online counseling. You will also need to test out the Festoon download beforehand if you're booking video counseling. Chat Instant Messaging needs neither the Festoon download nor any audio/video equipment, but it does need the Skype download. Please click onto the Online Audio, Online Audio/Video, or Online Chat Instant Messaging links provided here to peruse the explanation, download, setup & testing process for each of these communication options. They are relatively simple & straightforward to implement. You won't need to download Skype / Festoon or have any audio/video equipment if you book email or phone counseling sessions.
